The Rescue Inn, Inc. ("TRI") is an Ohio non-profit, foster-based rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in need.  We are a (501(c)(3) organization run by a dedicated group of volunteers who are passionate about our four-legged friends. Our mission is to save dogs from high kill shelters and abuse/neglect situations and place those animals into loving and permanent homes. We promote responsible animal ownership and provide medical treatment, foster care and training to unwanted, abandoned, lost or surrendered animals.  It takes a village to save a dog and to support that dog on its journey to finding a permanent, loving home.  
 
Our animals are spayed/neutered, receive appropriate veterinary care and are placed into a safe, secure foster home while waiting for their permanent home. We also strive to work with other area shelters and rescues to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to enhance our rescue mission.

Vetting Received:
    Basic age-appropriate shots (DHPP or DHLPP, Rabies,Bordetella)
    Spay/Neuter
    Fecal/Worming
    Heartworm test (if animal is old enough)
    Heartworm prevention
    Flea prevention (as needed)
                                                                                                                            Microchipping
                                                                                                                            Other medical treatment as needed
